Adam the Minister of Health On September 7, Niedzielski met with the College of Family Physicians in Poland to discuss the COVID-19 strategy. He presented its assumptions a few days earlier. The basic principles presented at that time concerned the creation of three tiers of hospitalitythat will be responsible for treating COVID-19 patients, expanding the network of drive thru test points, and integrating primary care physicians into the patient testing system.
The government’s ideas raised a lot of controversy and questions, posed by, among others, GPs. After consultations, Minister Niedzielski decided that the family doctor would be able to order a SARS-CoV-2 test also as part of teleportation, and not only during a patient’s visit to a medical facility.
