– In our everyday life, we have become more used to connecting online through modern technologies. For some of us, this was new, but discussions and meetings – including online community summits – help people stay in touch with friends, family, employees who otherwise would not be possible to meet, she commented.

According to Queen Elizabeth II, “we appreciate these forms of communication more and more, because it allows us to cross borders and divisions and thus the sense of distance disappears.”

– I hope that this new sense of closeness, a sense of social bond, will stay with us for a long time – she added.

– Looking to the future, relations with other members of the Community will be very important. Together, we are trying to forge our future that will be more sustainable and safer, so that all countries, so that all the neighborhoods where we live become healthier, become happier for all of us – concluded the Queen.
