Marek Suski became the chairman of the Program Council of Polish Radio. He informed that Małgorzata Gosiewska and Elżbieta Królikowska-Avis became the vice-chairmen of the Council.
According to “Gazeta Wyborcza”, the first meeting of the new council took place on Tuesday, at the beginning of February it was appointed by the National Media Council. The term of office of the program council is four years.
Marek Suski confirmed to the Polish Press Agency that he had become chairman of the council.
It also includes Piotr Apel, Renata Butryn, Maria Dłużewska, Jakub Kowalski, Anna Kwiecień, Marek Lewandowski, Jędrzej Karol Lipski, Jan Ordyński, Andrzej Różański, Tomasz Jan Siwak, Dariusz Wasielewski, Barbara Zdrojewska.
The program council is an advisory body with 15 members. 10 are indicated by parliamentary groupings, five are chosen by the National Media Council.
