Andrzej Konieczny, director general of the State Forests, has been dismissed from office – said on Twitter the deputy minister of climate and environment, government plenipotentiary for forestry and hunting, Edward Siarka.
“Today the General Director of State Forests Andrzej Konieczny has been dismissed. Thank you Director for many years of work for the benefit of Polish forests” – Siarka wrote on his Twitter.
Konieczny was appointed the General Director of the State Forests on 9 January 2018 by the then Minister of the Environment, Henryk Kowalczyk.
