A passenger car rolled over in Mokotów. According to the police, his driver was under the influence of alcohol. Preliminary findings show that several cars parked along the street were damaged.
The rollover took place before 3 p.m. on Wiśniowa Street.
– Across the road, there’s a Mazda on the roof. Earlier, there was a collision with a Chevrolet, and cars parked on the street were also injured. According to eyewitness accounts, the Mazda driver tried to escape on foot and was to be stopped by prison officials who were nearby. In a conversation, the officers told me that they heard a bang, and when they ran to the scene, they saw a man running away. The police say that the man was tested with a breathalyzer. – The driver “blew out” three parts per mille of alcohol. The policemen secure the scene and establish the circumstances. At the moment, we can confirm that four cars parked on the street have been damaged, informs Gabriela Putyra from the Warsaw Police Headquarters.
